Infant Sophia Marie Slifka went to Heaven on Tuesday May 29, 2012. She was born May 29, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Center, a daughter of Deanna & Joseph Slifka of Youngstown.

She was a hero for her organ donation through Lifebanc.

Besides her parents she leaves her sister Isabella Rose Slifka, her grandparents Robert & Felicia Brown of Hubbard, Frederic & Yvonne Slifka of Boardman, Billy & Annamarie Keel of North Jackson, great grandparents Philip & Rosalie Pirlozzi of Masury, great grandmothers Joanne Brown of Brookfield, Edith Yannitti of Boardman, great great grandmother Bertha Pirlozzi of New Castle, her uncles Josh Brown of Indiana, Nick & Lanai Slifka of Canfield, her aunts Tabitha Mason of Cincinnati, Jessica Slifka of Boardman, Stephanie Lattanzio of Boardman, and several cousins.

There will be funeral services on Monday June 11, 2012 at 7 PM at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home with calling hours one hour prior from 6-7 PM.

Burial will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heal Program C/O Lynda Bumback at St. Elizabeth Health Center 1044 Belmont Avenue Youngstown, Ohio 44501.
